Who we are
AutoNexus builds and operates AI systems that answer calls and messages for small businesses. It is run by Emil Aliyev, Baku AZ1040, Azerbaijan. This policy covers this website and the demo pages at demo.autonexuslabs.com. If you have any questions about it, email us at contact@autonexuslabs.com.
What we collect
- Contact information you send us, such as your name, email address, and phone number, when you inquire about our services or request a demo.
- Call bookings. The “Book a 15-min call” button opens a calendar run by Cal.com. It is loaded only when you press the button. The name, email address and notes you enter there go to Cal.com and to us, so the call can be scheduled and you can be sent the invitation.
- Public business information. To build a demo we read what a business already publishes: its website, its public profile on sites such as Google or Zillow, its reviews, hours, photos and listings. We also keep the business contact details published there.
- Visits to this website. When a page of this site is opened we record which page it was, the site that linked to it, the approximate place the visit came from (country, region and city, worked out from your IP address, which we do not keep), the device and browser type, how long the page stayed open, which parts of it were scrolled to and which of its links or buttons were pressed. This record is our own, and no third-party analytics service sees it.
- Demo activity. When a demo page is opened we record that it was opened, the page that linked to it, the browser type, how long it stayed open and which parts of it were used. Anything typed into a demo, including chat messages and details entered in a booking or contact form, is stored and sent to us. Each demo is built for one business, so this activity is tied to that demo. Your IP address is used to limit abuse.
Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies. It saves two entries in your browser’s local storage: a random identifier, so we can tell a return visit from a first one, and the progress of the current visit (when it started, how long it has been read, which parts were seen). A demo page saves one entry, the time of your first visit, for the same reason. Neither uses advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The booking calendar is a Cal.com page shown inside this one, and Cal.com may set its own cookies there once you open it.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiries, build and provide demo environments, know when a demo was opened so we can follow up, see how people find and use this website, deliver our services, and keep them from being abused. That’s it.
Emails from us
If we emailed you about a demo, we found your business address in a public source. Reply STOP and we will not email you again.
Who else handles it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run our systems: Vercel (hosting), Upstash (database), Anthropic (the AI model that writes the system’s replies, which receives the messages typed into a demo), Google (email and documents), Telegram (alerts sent to us) and Sentry (error reports). Some of them process data in the United States and other countries.
Retention
We keep inquiry data and demo activity only as long as needed for the purposes above. Records of visits to this website are deleted after six months. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you or your business, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to take a demo down or remove a photo, a review or any other detail from it. Email contact@autonexuslabs.com and we will do it.
