What these terms cover

These terms cover this website and the demo pages at demo.autonexuslabs.com, both run by AutoNexus, Baku AZ1040, Azerbaijan. By using them you agree to these terms. Services we provide to a client are covered by a separate written agreement with that client, and that agreement controls wherever the two differ.

Demos are demonstrations

A demo shows how the system would work for one business. It is built from information that business has made public, which may be incomplete or out of date. The sample demos linked from our homepage are built on invented businesses and say so. A demo is not an offer from the business it shows, and a booking made inside a demo is simulated: no appointment is actually made.

Answers come from an AI

The system’s replies are generated by an AI model and can be wrong. They are not professional advice. Never rely on a demo in an emergency. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm is sounding, leave the building and call your gas utility or emergency services.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or a demo, do not collect its content by automated means, and do not submit unlawful content or another person’s personal information.

Ownership

The design, text and software of this site and of the demos belong to AutoNexus. Business names, photos, reviews and listings shown in a demo belong to their owners and appear only to demonstrate the service to that business. If something of yours appears in a demo and you want it removed, email contact@autonexuslabs.com and we will remove it.

No warranty and limits on liability

The site and the demos are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, AutoNexus is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from their use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the courts of Baku have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
